1. Registration Constitutes Acceptance
By registering an account, ticking "I have read and agree," or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User Agreement, the full Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. This agreement is a summary of those documents; in case of any inconsistency, the full documents prevail.
2. Review AI Content Before Publishing
Our AI content-generation features rely on large language models, and their output may contain factual errors, outdated information, or fabricated citations. You must verify and review the content before publishing it, and clearly label it as "AI-assisted" where required by law. We do not guarantee that content will be cited by AI engines or accepted by any third-party platform.
3. You Are Responsible for Your Linked Accounts
When you use the publishing feature, you authorize us to operate the third-party platform accounts you have linked. You bear full responsibility for the identity verification, content, and publishing conduct of your third-party accounts. Any action a third-party platform takes against your account (rate-limiting, bans, warnings) is yours to bear and is unrelated to us. Your platform credentials are stored encrypted and never in plaintext.
4. Billing and Refunds
We offer tiered subscriptions billed monthly with automatic renewal; you can turn off auto-renew at any time. New customers may request a refund within 30 days of their first payment (prorated where irreversible quota has been substantially consumed; no refund where the account was terminated for a violation). 5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use this service (including AI-generation features) to create, copy, publish, or distribute any unlawful content, including but not limited to: content that is obscene or pornographic, violent or terroristic, gambling- or fraud-related, defamatory, falsely advertised, engineered for fake engagement, or that infringes others' intellectual property or lawful rights. You must not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform. Violations may result in restricted features, account suspension or termination, and legal liability; for unlawful information, we may lawfully stop transmission, preserve records, and report to and cooperate with the relevant authorities. To report a violation, use our reporting channel.
