Preface

Why we wrote this commitment

Some teams that call themselves "GEO providers" mass-produce low-quality content, fabricate news to poison the well, and push false information to LLMs. That is the dark side of the GEO industry — but black-hat and white-hat are two fundamentally different paths.

Black-hat GEO: dressed up as a "GEO provider," it is really a troll-farm operation — bulk burner accounts, network poisoning, fake reviews, hidden prompts stuffed in for crawlers. It may sway a few LLM outputs short-term, but it pollutes the public information space and is ultimately struck down by platforms and regulators.

White-hat GEO: it turns a client's real product strength, real service capability, and real customer reputation into structured content that LLMs can recognize, cite, and restate. It is brand marketing extended into the AI era — a long-term asset recognized by search engines, knowledge bases, and generative models alike.

Maxfound AI chose the white-hat path from day one. This is not just a slogan — we have written the choice into a legal commitment, made public to our clients, the media, regulators, and our future selves. This document serves as an inseparable annex to the main service contract, signed alongside the service contract and carrying equal legal force.

Part I · Seven Core Commitments

Seven core commitments

Each comes with a concrete, verifiable enforcement method open to clients, media, and third parties. These are behavioral constraints, not slogans.

No spam networks

We don't mass-produce low-quality, near-duplicate content, and we don't pollute the information space with sockpuppet accounts, bulk burner accounts, or keyword stuffing. Every piece we deliver maps to a real business fact, a real customer case, or a real product capability — each can stand on its own through editorial review.

Enforcement & verification: Verifiable: a client's content must be published on the client's own legitimate channels — their official accounts, website, or verified social profiles. We never post to shadow accounts controlled by us or any third party.

No fabricated news, no fabricated data

We don't invent events that never happened, fabricate fake reviews, or falsify sales figures and user ratings. Every cited statistic, award, press mention, and third-party endorsement must be traceable to a public original source and is footnoted at the bottom of the content.

Enforcement & verification: Verifiable: every ghostwritten piece ships with a "fact card" provenance table (event, date, source link, responsible owner) that the client can review with one click before delivery.

No prompt injection, no algorithmic deception

We don't bury hidden text, white-on-white text, zero-size fonts, Unicode zero-width characters, or CSS-hidden prompts aimed at AI crawlers in client content, and we don't serve different content to humans and bots (cloaking). What people see and what the model sees are one and the same.

Enforcement & verification: Verifiable: before publishing, we automatically scan content for hidden characters, CSS hiding, and user-agent cloaking. The scan report is delivered to the client alongside the content.

No data manipulation

Every figure on our dashboard — visibility scores, citation rates, source provenance, competitor comparisons — comes from real, real-time LLM API calls (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity). We add no "beautification factor" of any kind.

Enforcement & verification: Verifiable: every query retains the raw response JSON and timestamp. A client may request an audit of the original request record behind any single metric.

No service for black-hat clients

Before engaging, we run a compliance review of the client's business. We decline outright in these categories: fraud, gambling, pornography, fake medical claims, unlicensed financial products, unqualified medical aesthetics, black-market tools, and brand counterfeiting. If a client moves into any of these during the engagement, we terminate service immediately and settle fees for work already delivered.

Enforcement & verification: Verifiable: the client onboarding review (business license, qualifications, category checks) is documented and written explicitly into the main contract's annex before work begins.

No evading AI platform policies

We don't teach clients to bypass the content-moderation systems of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity or other LLM platforms, we don't build anti-detection tools, and we don't research "phrasing tricks" to slip non-compliant content past review. What we do is make legitimate, truthful, valuable content something models adopt on its merits.

Enforcement & verification: Verifiable: we internally prohibit intake of any "jailbreak," "bypass moderation," or "force-pass review" request, and our sales scripts and training materials explicitly forbid promising "guaranteed approval."

No pressure selling, no intimidation

Our sales conversations respect the client's decision pace. We don't manufacture false urgency like "sign now or your competitor pulls ahead," "the price goes up after today," or "if you don't sign by tomorrow your data resets," and we never use blacklists, complaints, or negative SEO to coerce payment or renewal. Pricing is transparent and renewal is voluntary.

Enforcement & verification: Verifiable: every quote and renewal notice is on file, and we commit to at least a 14-day cooling-off period for clients. If a salesperson violates this, the client may request a refund — see our Terms of Service.

Anti-Fraud

We identify and defend against black-hat attacks on your brand — including network poisoning, negative SEO, fake reviews, fabricated comparisons, and malicious takedown reports. We play defense, never offense.

  • Version auditing: content edits, dashboard metric logic, and API call logs are all retained
  • External oversight: we welcome clients, media, and independent researchers to audit our compliance
Part III · Customer Safeguards

Three customer safeguards

A commitment that can't be enforced is meaningless. These three safeguards create a reciprocal obligation between us and our clients.

Guarantee 01

Breach means compensation — double the service fee

If a client can demonstrate that we breached any of the seven commitments above, and the breach is substantiated and caused the client actual loss, we will refund the full service fee paid within 5 business days, plus compensation equal to double the amount paid.

Guarantee 02

Refund protection — see our Terms of Service

First-time clients may request to end the engagement early and have the undelivered portion refunded; delivered work is settled by actual effort. See our Terms of Service for the detailed refund rules.

Guarantee 03

Exportable data — no lock-in

Clients can export all of their dashboard history (CSV / JSON / PDF) at any time with one click — visibility history, citation records, monitoring logs, and the content production list. Export access stays valid for 30 days after the engagement ends, and content assets remain 100% the client's.

Appeals & resolution: If you believe we have breached any commitment, send your supporting evidence to legal@maxfound.ai. We commit to a written resolution within 5 business days. If you do not accept the outcome, the matter may be referred to the competent court under the governing-law clause of the main service contract and this commitment.
